285 mg of total plant cryoground powder containing 0.4% essential oils
Recommended dosage: Two capsules mornings & evenings during meals with a large glass of water.

Arkocaps contain the powdered active part of the plant obtained by freeze grinding, a process that retains the goodness of all the plant's natural constituents. The fineness of the powder in Arkocaps makes the release of the active principles easier and ensures their bioavailability.

Precautions:
Breastfeeding women should take care to use sage only in proper medicinal doses.

Contraindications:
Caution should be exercised when used in conjunction with CNS depressants or stimulants.
Sage may aggravate the adverse effects of antituberculous drugs. It may interfere with anticoagulant therapy, oral antidiabetic medications, potential medications.

Sage has a weak oestrogen effect, as a precautionary measure, we would not recommend it within 5 years of having had breast cancer (Dr Lecomte).
