Natural matter does not ensure that functions and procedures contained in natural matter content and on the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that natural matter or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Prices and listings
We try to make sure that the prices and information on our listings areaccurate, however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, or there is a mistake in the listing we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, we/you may cancel your order.
Product images featured in our listings are given as a sample for guidance and should not be interpreted as being an exact match. Images are updated regularly to reflect the products appearance as accurately as possible.

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return the item in its original packaging and we will refund you. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of receipt. Postage charges for outbound delivery and the returning of an item are borne by you.
Note: Unless the item is defective, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
All goods should be checked upon receipt. If damaged or items are missing you must sign as missing or damaged with the courier. Parcels returned to Natural Matter due to non collection or failed delivery are subject to delivery charges outward to customers location. A return courier fee is applicable on Parcelforce returns + a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover all fees we have incurred through the transaction.

Natural Matter stocks hundreds of leading manufacturers natural health products, including vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, fitness equipment, weight training products and training equipment, all at discount prices. These are all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our health shop.
Over the years we have added more and more great product lines to our health web store. Our products range from best selling lines to smaller niche products unavailable in supermarkets. More importantly we only sell products that we are happy to use ourselves. All orders are delivered to your front door straight from the warehouse. We use an advanced health shop ordering system so you can trust it to be very secure and safe.
