A. Yes, you can use the Myoplex Diet Bars as a meal replacement. Consuming three square meals a day is a nutritional concept of the past. That is why using up to three Myoplex bars or shakes per day is a convenient, great tasting way to get the right protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals your body needs to perform at its best. Eating more frequently also helps to stabilise blood sugar levels and facilitates faster body fat loss. Further more, eating six nutritious meals a day helps curb appetite so that you are less susceptible to making poor food choices.
