Other potential benefits of Camomile include the treatment of insomnia and the treatment of migrane headaches. It is best to take this drink in the early stages of the migrane for best results.
Camomile contains an anti-inflammatory ingredient called
bisabolol. Camomile is widely used as a treatment for stomach cramps and intestinal cramps. This includes menstrual cramps, PMS and ulcers.
Camomile has also been used to treat skin disorders such as psoriasis or eczema.
It is not recommended that you drink Camomile when driving or operating machinery as the tea can induce drowsiness. It is also not recommended that you drink it when pregnant.
To enjoy this drink
