ORDERING INFORMATION

Fast courteous service makes ordering at NATURAL MATTER easier than ever! When you call in an order, please have the following information ready for the customer representative: NATURAL MATTER Product code numbers, your name, your email address, your postal address including street, city, state and zip code.

This information will expedite your order and ensure accuracy. You’ll enjoy dealing with our customer representatives. They’re friendly and knowledgeable. They really want to make ordering a pleasant experience for you. They’re helpful too! When you call in an order, they’ll tell you whether the items you’re ordering are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If some of the items on
your order are not in stock, the customer representative will tell you when they are expected to be available.

PLACING AN ORDER

NATURAL MATTER offers the convenience of placing your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week via the order form or if you wish via email.

CUSTOMERREPRESENTATIVES

Your order is given first priority, and is processed immediately on the next business day!

Order processing, in most cases, is complete within 1/2 hour after being paid for through Paypals card processing feature. Whenever possible, we will add to an existing order. Otherwise, the add-on will be treated as a new order, subject to appropriate shipping charges.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Whenever possible we will obtain an item that is not a stocked item. Prepayment is required on special orders. We may also require minimum purchase quantities.

Delivery times vary. Ask your customer service representatives for more details.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Every effort is made to have all items in stock at all times. However, due to problems in obtaining raw material or market fluctuations, some items will be unavailable.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERS:

NATURAL MATTER does not automatically Back Order out of stock items. If the out of stock items total $50.00 per stock item, you may request a paid back order. You will be charged for the item(s) and they will be shipped (prepaid) when the item(s) become available. The only exception would be Otomix shoes, and special order items, which must be ordered in case quantities. Prepaid back orders will be shipped in complete quantities. You may request an unpaid back order, which will be treated as a new order subject to appropriate shipping charges. There will be no back orders on sale items.

TERMS OF SALE:

Only certified Paypal payment with verifiable address will be accepted.

PRICE POLICY:
Retail prices listed are suggested by the product manufacturer. In the event of a price increase, we will try to give advance notice when possible. However, due to the short notice we are given, it is practically impossible to give written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.


UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

If an order is returned to us by UPS for any reason, the additional shipping charges and a $3.00 service charge will be charged to your account.

DAMAGES:

In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:

UPS SHIPMENT

Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material. Contact NATURAL MATTER
within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name.
NATURAL MATTER will notify UPS. UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. NATURAL MATTER will issue credit to your account.

SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPMENTS

Because of our double-check packing system, we have a minimum amount of errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other problem exists, contact our office via email within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION TERMS

Shipping will be via UPS Ground Service. Next Day, Second Day,& Three Day air service is available but must be paid in full by the customer. Shipping charges are based on your UPS Zone. (see chart). When your order qualifies for free shipping, NATURAL MATTER reserves the right to determine the best way for shipping. In the event that you wish an alternate carrier, any excess shipping charges will be charged via Paypal.

PALLET SHIPMENTS

*NATURAL MATTER will determine if an order qualifies for shipment by common carrier.
*Pallet orders will be broken down and delivered inside.

*Pallet orders may take 1 to 3 days longer than UPS delivery.

ATTENTION!!!

Before signing a bill of lading:

1. Verify carton count received with carton count noted on bill of lading.

2. Check for any visible damages.

3. Note any shortage or damage on bill of lading. Contact NATURAL MATTER with the invoice number and product name.

THESE STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT!

* Pallet deliveries must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Any refused or delayed pallets will be subjected to freight charges.

RETURN INFORMATION
Returns must be received at NATURAL MATTER within 30 days of purchase.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued for all returns.

Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer-no COD returns.

Please insure your package.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged to all returns.

Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.

Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.
